These Terms govern your use of sophur.com and your purchase of sophur products. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked on the website.
Product information
We work to keep product descriptions, images, sizes, colors, availability, and prices accurate. Colors may appear differently on different screens. Information may be corrected or updated without notice.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when sophur confirms it or begins fulfillment. We may limit or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, information is inaccurate, payment cannot be authorized, or fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected. If we cancel after payment, we will arrange a refund to the original payment method.
Prices, payment, and taxes
Prices and payment methods are shown at checkout. Applicable taxes are included in the checkout total, and no additional tax is due when your order is delivered. You authorize the selected payment method to be charged for the order total.
Shipping and returns
Delivery typically takes approximately 7–15 business days, but is an estimate and may vary. You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. sophur covers return shipping for approved returns, including change-of-mind returns. See our Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful code, misuse promotions, or provide false or misleading information. You must use the website and products lawfully.
Intellectual property
The sophur name, website, text, graphics, photographs, product content, and other materials are owned by or licensed to sophur. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without written permission.

Shopify and other third parties may provide checkout, payment, delivery, analytics, and related services. Their services may have separate terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services we do not control.
